I see these things all over the place. they're cheap yes, BUT: Are they up to the task? Are they reliable? Anybody have one that's been worked a lot? Thanx, HB

Yep they are cheap and they do work, But when thy tear up your got problems, parts hard to find and can't get anyone to work on them, If you want a good Tractor get a Kubota, New Holland or John Deere, That is you top 3 models or a Lot people think so

I'm not sure. (I hope you are talking about mowing tractors and not farm tractors!) I almost bought a top of the line, but at the last minute I bought a craftsman. One year later it runs good with no problems.
My brother it a stump with his and bent the shaft. He really has no large amounts of mechanical ability and replaced it himself.
For the most part they're a good tractor.
BTW, I found out Husqvarna made mine. I guess they contract out through major manufacturers and have them built. I found out who made mine when there was a recall on the gas tank which they replaced at my house with me paying nothing.
