I have tried to get it lowered but the Title 4D prosicuter said that it was fine. She makes in the neighborhood of 45K a year. Is there something that I can do?

Not much.

If the court has ordred you to pay a ceratin amount there's not much you can do.

Have you talked to your attorney? /

Does seem a litttle out of wack.

If she has the means and makes more than you, you might be able to do something.

My cousin makes 1/5 of what his ex wife makes and he has to pay half of all the kids expences. She makes in the neighborhood of 100k, and he still has to pay.

Try to find a job that pays you "under the table"

Commit a crime and go to jail. ( You then won't have to pay anything ) Although the amount you owe will probably accumulate and you'd be real screwed when you get out.

Next time you might want to cover it, before going in.

Get a 2nd job or a better paying job.

Go back to court and try to get it adjusted.
