I am not sure what age you are, but if you are college/intern age, or have any connection to community college or what have you, see if you can VOLUNTEER to make public service announcements. If the schools have no opportunities, check with your local public broadcasting (PBS style) stations, both TV and/or radio. It's a LOT of fun. Then try to get a copy or two of your announcements (good ones) as fodder for going for a more "real" voice over opportunity. You will also meet people in the communications business and if you just do the best job you can, you will probably make a connection to the next path in Voice work. GOOD LUCK!

you need an agent that specializes in voice work. Look in the yellow pages and start dialing. I think they're under "Theatrical" or something like that.
