No, they'd slam her for being a divorced woman. Here's what I think. Hillary had Presidential aspirations back then. She knew full well a divorced woman would never sit in the Oval Office. She showed incredible self-respect and grace for a woman who was humiliated in front of the entire world. She was able to put her emotions aside and stand tall and look the world directly in the eye. That was my first clue that she might make a very formidable politician and President some day. It shows strength, clarity, purpose and determination. What is bad about that? Women stay with their husbands by the millions when they are caught cheating and none of the reasons they do have anything to do with personal political ambition. I'm sorry, I have to admire her for that, not degrade her. I get a kick out of women who do degrade her for this, calling her weak and so on. It's exactly the opposite. This is a woman who is strong and wasn't about to let Bill getting caught cheating ruin her own ambitions. I say go Hillary on that note!

Probably. They elected the only divorced and remarried President in the history of the United States. (hint #40)

It isn't that simple. I dislike Hillary for more than just putting up with Bill.

I'm not sure that I'm a "Family Values Republican" though - I'm more of a Libertarian.

no longer all those in the Republican celebration would denounce her for no longer divorcing. obviously, divorce is inaccurate and he or she ought to proceed to paintings on forgiveness. it really is a spouse's duty to help and love her husband.

What has conservatives done to limit divorce? They haven't done anything. If she had divorced Clinton, then they would have hated her the same.

I think Hillary would strengthen her 2008 chances if she booted Bill now... Like.. anybody seriously believes it's a real marriage anyway.

No they are hate filled they have to project it somewhere. Their own leaders fail so fantasically they cant stand people who actually know what they are doing.
