I like your point! But the thing is he DID have a plan... the plan was to make as much money as possible for defense contractors and suppliers like Halliburton, Lockheed Martin, GE, etc., as well as American oil companies who knew they could jack prices up the wazoo during wartime. His evil minions convinced him that the Iraqis were no match for superior American firepower, and they weren't until the "insurgency" started. Americans STILL haven't learned how to fight and win against unconventional forces, so this is the plan that W has to ruminate on.

He ALWAYS had a plan. The plan included his daddy, the Royal Arab Saudi families, the gas & oil companies, Haliburton and a lot of other nasty greedheads. Good thing, Greenland didn't send jets into the World Trade Towers otherwise he'd probably decide to invade Canada (you get the logic?)
