Hello I am installing an after market navigation system, and I need to to connect it to the vehicle’s speed detection circuit (sensor).
Where is this sensor located and what color are the wires?
Car: Mazda 3 i touring 2007 (4 door sedan)
Navigation: Pioneer Avic N3

I found the Speed sensor, it is on the top part of the engine, the only trouble is that the signal is digital, so now I am searching for a non digital signal.

Contact your nearest Mazda dealer's service dept. they will be able to tell you without guessing

i think they take there speed signals from the abs system via the tone wheels.
