The Federal Court of Spokane WA. Denied my ritht to sue based on the above law suit. It is now beyon the appeal deadline. Even though we had the smoking gun that proved our case it was denied. Do I have any hope of reviving this suit even thoulgh my civil rights were denied.

We would need more details about the case in order to give an appropiate answer. If this is all then yes, you do have reason to try and revive the suit. On top of that if it goes to them again take it to a higher court.

It doesn't sound like your rights were denied... you took your case to a court and had it denied based on previous rulings on rights vs. law.

If you had a lawyer, you could ask them this question. The fact that you don't/haven't and that the court overruled you leads me to believe that you have little to no case, regardless of the deadlines.

You also don't cite the "above lawsuit" in your question, so it is hard to determine without that information. And perhaps I'm misinformed but I don't believe that "whistleblowing" affects your "civil" rights.
