When I push a browse button (to choose a picture to upload) absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't open 'My Pictures' like it is supposed to.
Also, in browsers that have a button that is supposed to open up a cache of selections to choose from, won't open either. I have to literally guess what the options are and type them in. This really sucks.
The main question, however is why I can not browse my pictures to upload a picture and what I need to do to fix it.

It's what is known as a PEBCAC user error.
PEBCAC=problem exists between chair and computer

Are you trying to do this from an e-mail or to put into a post on some site? Go off line and try browsing your folders. This could be a problem with your e-mail if that is what you are trying. If you have a photo program, open it and do a browse lookng for pictures.
