Well, it depends on how you meant for the question to be. If I am working on something and I get stumped, I will either ask or try to find a resource to help me out in some way. If it is a matter of me being bored and I can't think of something to do, I will join the pub for a while, perhaps watch some TV, wrestle with the dog, etc!

if you like a person ask them out. don't jump to the love word too fast and don't suffocate them. done-ski that's all there is too it.
i'm guessing you're a girl and the typical thing is for girls to let the guys ask them out . . . F that just ask him and make it a little easier on your self
