Prime America is not even close to a scam. I am not a representative, but I know that it is a wonderful organization to work with. People give up so quickly on it, that they feel scammed. Anyone can make it rich, they just have to keep at it.

Well, sometimes you need to get burned before you realize that there is no such thing as "easy work with high pay that you can do from home" or other similar type scams. there's an adage "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is" and I have found this to be true! (myself, I tried a few scams and also direct sales which I really sucked at, as most people do)
Me, I think I was just desperate. sometimes it happens to people who feel they are stuck in a job they hate or doesn't pay well and is hard work and they don't see a way out of it without paying for a higher education (which costs big too). But I bet if people put all that hard-earned money they blew on scams, they would find they would have enough for that education they thought cost too much!
Of course, now I have learned my lesson and will never fall for such scams again, although I had to learn it the hard way!
To answer your question, no, people will not give up their pipe dreams because they want to believe in them. easy money holds a lot of appeal to many people. Just count yourself lucky you realized this early on, you're smarter than many!

because they really want to believe that they will strike it rich without much hard work or thought into it. The REAL riches lie in the hand of the beholder- you must be super smart, dedicated, motivated, and and it takes a little bit of hard work and preserverence. You sound smart for not falling into the get rich crap. Keep your head up.

The possibility takes them. For most, the most universal point of view would say it is truly what you make of it.

We always want a free lunch, it is human nature. Wasn't it P T Barnum who said "There's a sucker born every minute"?
