Yes, and when I was asked why I was crying, all I could do is say "I don't know" It turned out that my grandfather died that day, and I was crying even before anyone told me.

Yes. It's normally due to an imbalance of female hormones. They fluctuate constantly.
It's not just for women going through menopause or pregnancy.
It can happen at any age durring your menstral cycle.
Some have it worse or more often than others.
I've had it happen to me but not too often and it goes as quickly as it came. Luckily I know what's causing it.
Maybe knowing now, will help. I hope so.

Sometimes when I would lie in bed and think about some stuff, then tears roll down.

Yeah actually just yesterday I was just laying in my room trying to go to sleep and I started to cry 4 no reason at ALL!!!!!!!! WEIRD HUH

yeah. but i waz in skool, and my teacher sent me to a shrink. he said i had been tramitized, the funnny part waz nothing had happened 2 me. So, the answer is yea.
