It depends on what things you are adding together.
If you are adding 2 apples + 2 apples then it = 4
If your adding 2 apples = 2 lbs. of dirt then it might = somewhere around several hundred apples
If you add 2 female dogs + 2 male dogs then there is the possibility of getting anywhere from 1 - 16 puppies.
It goes on and on.
