How do I make the C: disk the bootable disk, so all software loads there instead of the very small E: disk. I would prefer not to format and fdisk my HD if possible, because I would need to reload all drivers etc.
Anybody technical enough to figure out a work around?

Looks like you partitioned your drive and installed another instance of Windows. Try doing a Repair install on the one on the C: drive.
