"Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Tuesday told delegates at an international conference questioning the Holocaust that Israel's days were numbered. "

"Ahmadinejad, who has sparked international outcry by referring to the killing of six million Jews in World War Two as a "myth" and calling for Israel to be "wiped off the map," launched another verbal attack on the Jewish state."

"Thanks to people's wishes and God's will the trend for the existence of the Zionist regime is downwards and this is what God has promised and what all nations want," he said."

I think that Isreal is showing a tremendous amout of restraint by not bombing Tehran right now, today. I know if I were in charge of Israel's nuclear arsenal, the orders to lanuch would have already been given.

Given the fact that any nuclear detonation could drastically change our environment/climate globally, I would say we should all hope no country chooses that option. It could also push other countries that have itchy trigger fingers over the edge. I just don't think anyone really wants what your talking about except extremists.

As much as I would like to see Iran take a few hits no real good could come of them using a nuclear weapon. Besides the fact that every Arab nation in the world would be beating down there door (including nuclear Pakistan) the rest of the world would completely cut them off. The rest of the world has been telling Iran and North Korea to halt all nuclear research and to allow Israel to use it would be a free ticket for any other nation to start development. The only possible way the worlds nations would tolerate it is if there was a direct full scale military attack on Israel and I believe before they would get a lot of support from other nations just to stop a nuclear attack.

If Iran attacked Israel with nuclear guns various hundred thousand human beings will be killed. The westerly winds would then carry the radioactive cloth for the era of Iraq and into Iran the position it will be a great deal dispersed yet no a lot less deadly. thousands of thousands of Iranians will be killed by the radiation poisoning. therefore, Iran will in all possibility in no way launch adversarial to Israel. Now, this demonstrates that Iran's in problem-free words purpose in achieving nuclear guns is they choose a seat on the "massive boy" table. Iran needs the nuke because they choose different countries to take them heavily, no longer because they have any plans to apply it.

Ever heard the phrase: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me?"
That has a lot of meaning for everyone in a lot of things including life.
Words being thrown around are just that-words, but if Iran were to sail off a nuke then by all means go for it Isreal-and as they both go at it several other countries will join in and the games will begin and guess who will suffer? THE REST OF THE WORLD! If Iran and its friends see other countries helping Isreal then you can bet those other countries will get a nuke headed their way. A global winter from that would be so much fun. Being sarcastic here.
The total amount of the dead and dying from such an event alone would stagger any sane mind-then add in the after effects-life, as we now know it, would be totally gone.
Kiss that i-pod good bye along with everything else you enjoy.

If we throw nukes, the whole world loses. I do agree the Israel is showing great restraint though.
Japan is still paying for the ones US dropped at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the form of high cancer rates. We CAN'T let it happen again.

No. The only thing that would justify a nuke attack would be to stave off total defeat to the point where Israel would no longer exist.

Iran might be mouthy, and they might fund terrorists, but they are not stupid people.

Even though millions of Iranians did vote for this moron to be President - that alone is not enough to kill them. Israel has no desire to kill people - that seems to an Iranian thing to do!!!
