Snow outside, warm and cozy inside, family near and a reading of the account of the nativity as in the KJV Gospel of Luke.
A little food, a little drink, and quiet.
Perhaps chestnust roasting in the coals left from the television that you just burned....

Christmas isn't about getting presents from your relatives !! Christmas is about being around the ones you love, being able to see another christmas, and being able to wake up in the morning .Through my eyes thats what christmas means to me .The perfect christmas for me is to be with the one I adore dancing to christmas music all day long and watching christmas movies all night long.

Waking up as a little one bounces into your bed with a full stocking and a happy smile. Looking out of the window and thinking wow its snowed! and then realising its frost. Seeing that same little one discover the half eaten mince pie on the mantlepiece! The mountain of presents under the tree, then the mountain of paper! Finding a pearl necklace in your cracker! The food, the drink, the family, the friends.
But most of all, for me, Midnight Mass, and 'O Little Town of Bethlehem'

Friends, family, loved ones and a spirit of greater joy all the way round. For me, also remembering this is the time to celebrate Jesus' Birthday. O yes, not comfortable, but the colder weather sets the mood as well.
The prezzies and food is nice too, but the main things: Remembering the Prince of Peace, and being friends and family.

A perfect Christmas should be celebrated based on the birth of Jesus, not on Santa Claus. For many years, this was overlooked and much importance was given on Santa and his gifts, however, we should be focusing on the greatest gift of all, the salvation of mankind through the birth of God's Son, Jesus Christ.

A perfect Christmas is what happens in your heart! Sharing and experinceing the sights, smells and sounds of the winter....seeing the wonder and awe of children when they see snow or Santa for the first time....I could go on ......but I think you get the picture...

What makes a perfect CHRISTMAS is celebrating the birth of Christ. Eventhough you don't have any decorations or time to celebrate, you should always know by heart and celebrate it with GOD.
