I don't know anything about the Malaysian education system, but the one in Canada is very good at all levels. Canada is very multicultural (in the major centers) and the universities generally have great support for international students.

hello mehran .it depends on where you are going to stay and continue your education . I heard that in Malaysia is so easy to study . but as I'm living in Canada , here is too hard to study .if I'm a around 20 years old I 'd prefer to go to India, study in medicine and then for board exam come to Canada or USA .

The answer truely depends on your national origin. If you are Malaysian, that would be a good choice. If you are American, Fench or Brittish, you may do better in Canada.

Canada keeps some of its citizens in Reservations.
Malaysia officially discriminates against its citizens of ethnic origins.
So the answer to your question is NEITHER are any good.
Education in both countries will be unacceptably biased
