PRAY, TAKE DEEP BREATHS, COUNT TO 10 OR WHAT EVER NO. I NEED TO GET TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE LESS TENSION. BAD NEWS, YOU JUST DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, I KNOW I'VE BEEN THERE.

I like to do things that have nothing to do with what I'm stressed over... like when I get stressed with school, I'll take a little time out and cook some extravagant dinner. It occupies my mind and I still feel productive.
When I get bad news I like to watch MASH (my fave show) order the best pizza in town, and finish it off with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Then sleep!

Sleep it off. Then I'd wake up and try to remember why I was so stressed in the first place. But if you're the person who can't forget quite as easily as I can, just tell yourself it isn't over yet until you're getting the feeling that you're losing everyone and everything you loved.
