Imperialism seems to be Chavez's way, as well, peddling his oil for favors. Then look at China. They have billions of dollars invested all over the world... The US isn't the only so-called "Imperialist Power" and you would be foolish to accept that as a truth.

New Foreign Policy we used to just worry about or self's but there is so much money in other country's we just had to lower or debt to income ratio

Sadly America is not imperialistic. Things would be much better if our foreign policies were designed around imperialist ideals.

Imperialism is the politic of empires. The US doesnt have an empire. It has but one culture, the bullet. America was formed by and with the bullet and has always had the policy of "thats nice, give it to me or i will kill you". (or rather, give it to me AND i will kill you).
