It looks exactly like someone took one of those automatic Bic pencils and stuck the tip in his cheek, then pulled it out, and the hole just stayed there. What is it?

omgsh. my teacher has one of those! everyone was sayign somethign about ti but never anythign to him. so idkkk. thats why i am waitign to see what answers come up here! does anyone have a website on it?

Might be the result of a spider bite like the brown recluse or violin spider whose venom has flesh eating capabilities.

is it an actual hole? if it is just a big scar most likely it was due to ance or he had something removed from his face.

Its probably a scra from acne or chicken pocks

chances are it's just something like an enlarged pore, or a spot where he once had an ingrown hair
