because it was your fault that those debts are there in the first place. would you rather have some innocent person have to pay for what you did? and you're not allowed to answer yes to that question

Because George Bush made it more difficult to file bankruptcy. So now if you were injured and couldn't work, lost a job or whatever you are still on the hook.
