I filled out so many of them in a week but no one is calling me.What am I doing wrong?

depends on the jobs, if they are hiring and when they get around to it.
I've heard from places the same day, the next week, a month later, two months later up to about six months later.
Call the stores and ask them when they will be reviewing the applications.

It reallly depends on the organization. I have turned some resumes where I have heard back from them in a couple of days, and some that took 6 months! (Believe it or not) Really what I would do is after about a week do some followup emails/phone call to let them know your truly interested in the job, just make sure that you are not doing it in a way to annoy future employers. I usually send 1 out per company in about a week, and then maybe send 1 more the next week if I didn't get a response. I usually dont send more follow ups than that Dont give up!!! It just takes time and a little luck!

I've had some jobs take up to a MONTH before answering my applications. My suggestion is to not stop filling them out because you never know what can happen. I know it's not very fun to fill out so many applications, but the more you fill out, the greater your chances of getting the jobs you really want.

if you filled these applications out online most of them are never seen by a person, they use computer software to eliminate candidates using filters in the hiring software. if you filled them out in person generally 2 weeks is the average length the job i'm at now took them 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me. hang in there though and good luck

Well, I'd say if it has been more than a week they aren't probably gonna except you. If your just sticking with one kind of job try to put applications with other kinds! Like if your trying to get a job at the Mall, try to put in a few applications at other types of jobs! Hope I halped1 You may not absoulutely LOVE the job you've applied for but at least you got one~!

It depends how many apps they receive and how many meet their requirements. Keep filling them out, someone will call.
