yes it's call divorce. get your alimony, get child support and get established about the assets and debts that were created during the marriage. it will be court ordered what bills he will still be responsible for.

Depends on the circumstances. If he leaves without warning, you can ask for half of the cost of the 30 days following the time he leaves. If you are fighting and not getting along, he can tell the judge that it was an unlawful eviction, because he had to leave to protect his own sanity.

Yes. Sue him for divorce. He will have to give you half of your marital assets (money and goods) and then you can move to a cheaper place and pay the bills there. He sounds like a nightmare of a guy.

Get a divoice and he pays half and you pay half. What's the problem. If he owns another house that's part yours to if his name is on it.
