I'm always amazed at how hard people seem to think that getting into college is. It is not hard!
At the worst, you put in a year or two at a Jr. college or community college. After you prove yourself to them, you transfer your grades and records to the colleges you wish to attend and while you most likely won't get into Harvard (it's over-rated anyway) most colleges will take you.

Get involved in lots of activities at school. Colleges will be more willing to accept you if you are a well-rounded individual. Study hard to get in the top 10% or 20% of your class, and do well on the SAT's- many colleges regard your SAT score higher than your grades in school. Don't take the SAT's just once; almost everyone improves the second time around, so keep taking it and improving your score.

good question.. i'm demanding too.. yet i'm a junior. yet incredibly from what i comprehend the main issues colleges look at is your gpa&sats. so it relies upon on your sats tmrw. in the event that they're above conventional you have a miles greater effective probability of entering into those colleges. ik penn state is kinda annoying to get into, same with virginia&hofstra. no longer too particular appropriate to the others. arizona state i think of you have a good probability at. yet what do i comprehend lol
