I accidently got rid of the Paint thinner that I got for helping that painter. NOW I can't help find out who stole the Countess' painting in Chorral. Where can I get more or is that what I should be looking for? HELP!!

The two quests are unrelated, the paint thinner is not necessary or useful.
To find out who stole the painting of Count Chorral, first interview all of the suspects and witnesses. You'll catch one of the suspects in a lie. Then search the suspects' quarters. You'll find painting supplies in one of the suspects rooms. Then search the castle towers. In one of the towers you will find a painting. Finally, and this is the tough one, in the great hall, you will find a paint stain on the carpet.
Once you have found all three of these things, you can confront the perpetrator. Keep in mind that their disposition must be above 70 for them to confess to you.
