All metals do.
Electricity is conducted when charges move from one point to another. In the case of metals, the valence electrons are able to detach themselves away from the metal ion to form free electrons which result in the conduction of electricity.

All metals can conduct electricity. Nothing else can; not plastic, wood or even diamonds.
However, there is ONE exception. Graphite (a mineral)
does conduct electricity but not as well as copper or aluminum.
Some common metals used to conduct electricity
(in order of conductivity)
Gold
Siver
Copper
Steel (manmade)
Aluminum
Nichrome (manmade)
Iron

All metals conduct electricity well because as a metal, to form one object, you have an electron cloud shared by all the atoms, letting electrons flow relatively freely within that metal.

Silver is the best conductor at normal temperatures. Gold is used as a plating because it does not corrode and so maintain surface conductivity. It is also used to wire the silicon chip to the contacts in an integrated circuit because it can be made to flow using ultrasound. Osmium at 2 Kelvin has no resistance.
