Sadly its not easy! I highly recomend at all times to have a back up browser NOT MADE BY THE SAME COMPANY! Ex Dont have IE 6 and 7 Have IE7 (or 6) and Fire fox, or netscape. Personaly I am gussin u got IE7 the glitchy bum hole annoyin as heck, yes! I recomend doing what didn't help me go to microsoft.com and search unistall IE7 then search IE6 install (I found IE6 just couldn't find rid of IE7) Worst comes to worst PM me and I'll see what I can do. Hope that helps! Thanks, Matt

Go to Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs and make sure IE7 is actually uninstalled. After that, if IE6 is still not working, go to Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs then click on Windows Components on the left side. Make sure Internet Explorer is checked...if it is already, uncheck it to uninstall it, then reopen Add/Remove Windows Components and recheck it to reinstall it.

I'd go with the Restore System option. Try, Start, All Programmes, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.
Pick a date when everything was good !
IE7 is a Beta Version......If you have it listed in Control Panel/Add Remove Programmes.........hit Remove.......it will restore the original IE6, as IE7 is an overlay on that !

Try System Restore.
Go to help - Restore my computer to an earlier time. That is how I got rid of my version 7 install.
Good luck!
