I think Kuwait. Germany is too cold and expensive. Japan, well, it seems like a lot of service people there go to jail for some reason or other and it is very very VERY expensive there. Oh too many natural disasters in Japan too.

I guess it would be Japan. I have been to Germany and Kuwait. My brother was in Japan and he said it was alright.
