i need someone to read and check over my paper and make it amazing. all i am looking for is a website to check over everything make sure that all my grammer is correct something like that.

Since it doesn't sound like this is something you're willing to pay someone else to do, you're probably better off sticking to the spellcheck/grammar check feature of your word processing program since it will point out anything that's questionable and suggest changes....all at no cost!
(BTW - congrats on caring enough about your work to try to find a site that proofs and edits for free...even though there's no such site, at least that I'm aware of - it's still great that you care enough to try.)

Your word processor that you typed it in should have a spelling and grammar checker. If not, try downloading OpenOffice, it's a free Office Suite (like Microsoft Office).
