You'll need to figure out if it s spark or fuel. Do you have the 350 in it ? If so did the water pump leak . This can take out the dist causing a miss fire. You'll have to find a place that you can trust to find out whats going on. You know it # 4 cyl so that makes it a little easier Pull the plug wire off a test for spark if you have spark there pull the plug. Does it look good Most auto parts stores have a chat to show you what a good or bad plug looks like. Also check the plug for wetness This will tell you if the injector is firing . If no trouble is find you'll have to go to the repair shop and have the injector tested for power and ground to it and if its flowing fuel or not

Depends on why cylinder number 4 is misfiring. Could be:
1. Fuel related -
fuel injector, injector signal, etc.
2. Spark related -
spark plug, wire,coil pack, etc.
3. Engine Mechanical
valve train, cylinder problem, low compression, head gasket (leaking into cylinder 4), etc.
4. I could keep going, but you get the point there are a lot of possiblities.
I would take it to a garage with ASE technicians or to the dealer.
Good luck!
