A mother's ring. You can find them for under $100 and they are perfect gifts and not many people get these for a gift on Christmas.

If she doesn't have an IPOD you could get her one---or a cheaper version of an IPOD which you can find at just about any dept. store like Wal-Mart---then download some music onto it for her. Or get her a new cd player for her car. You could also try getting her a locket or other nice piece or jewelry such as a ring with her birthstone and then have "I love you Mom" engraved on the back of the locket or inside of the ring. If you can't afford that much then just go to Bath and body Works and pick up some nice hand and foot lotions in her favorite scent...or get her favorite perfume. Manicure/Pedicure sets are nice to have as well.
-----Oh and if your mom is into cooking or baking definitely get her a Baking Stone...those things are so awesome. It is basically a round or square..sometimes rectangle shaped stone that you can bake cookies on, pizza etc. and it won't burn the food and makes everything turn out perfectly. I bought one for my mom and mother in law once and they LOVED them. The pampered chef is the best brand you can get but you can also find baking stones at Wal-mart. The Pampered Chef one is only about $26. Try the links below.
If your mom is religious get her a really nice personalized bible with her name on it or one that has her name throughout it...try this site http://www.personalpromisebible.com/ these are really cool. The price ranges from $15 to $98

This year, I got my mom a digital camera. I've gotten her gift certificates for massages, clothes, jewelry, and crafts that my husband I have made together in the past.

My mother in law gets a bottle of wine from a local winery and anything I can find throughout the year with a pug on it. And maybe something that shows that I donated money to a foundation in her name.

I think a good gift for your mom would be a movie basket; which have a couple of dvds or blockbuster gift cards, pop corn, and some candy, Another idea could be a bath basket; like good smelling shower gel, a scrubby thing, lotion, bath gels.. bubble bath etc. I hope i helped with your ideas for your mom

I'd love a day spa package personally, but my mom is 75 now and has just about everything in the world. This year I'm going to frame a picture of me, my sister and brother when we were little and sweet. Mom's like to remember us when we were wee and lovable and smelled of baby powder! lol My kids are teens but whenever I run across pictures of them as toddlers, tears come to my eyes.

Being a mother I am answering this as I would if one of my children asked. I work everyday, and something I would love is to be pampered for a day, at a day spa. body massage, pedicure, manicure, the works..Mothers after awhile get to wrapped up with daily things , to take time for themselves. Just an idea, but trust me anything given with love is greatly appreciated. good luck

Something to pamper herself at home. Some nice bath salts or bubble bath. A good book by her favorite author and/or some nice scented candles. Find a nice picture of you and have it put in a nice frame. Really, anything you get your mom should really like it.

I would get her a bubble bath set! Moms always should have a time to just take a hot bubble bath and relax!
