I never seem to have time to take a proper lunch break, I wonder how much does my employers make out of free labour from me in a year.

i constantly eat on the run as its a full known fact my kids always need want something etc ect the min i sit on my butt to try and grab some grub

I eat at my desk, but I lock the door so my boss can't get in and ask me to do any work during lunch.

I don't work now, but was as bad as you when I did, lunch on the run, not good for your digestion and too much unpaid work for your boss to benefit from, have sometime for yourself each day for your lunch the bosses of this world get enough out of their workers as it is.

I do the same,but i've decided now that i'm going to make a point of stopping for 10/15 mins. It's important to eat,it helps you to function better!!

At my desk because I am the only one here. However, I have tv and a regular kitchen so its easy to deal with.

I do...in fact, a lot of times I don't even get time to eat anything at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(
