Yep. It is ALWAYS ridiculous to name children after clothing/shoe brands. Kids named Armani, Vuitton, and Fubu are just as ridiculous as those named "nike".
Add onto the "Nike" the other three and you've got yourself one hell of a ghetto name. I hate to be all judgmental but seriously, consider the fact that EVERY application your kid fills out when they are an adult will say "Nike Shanel Monique Scott" (Shanel spelled horribly incorrect, BTW). It makes one think about her perspective on life, to be sure.
What about simply Monique Chanel Scott? Bad enough you have ONE brand in there but TWO? Seriously pathetic.
In answer to your question, no, I don't think it sounds "funny" but I do think it sounds ridiculous.

i think that Shanel Monique sound better than with Nike at the front..... it sound more awkward than funny!! or even Nike Shanel Scott.......well thats if it is going to be pronounced like Nicki...... i don't htink it would be good to name your child after a brand name....imagine the teasing!!!....i like the names though!
