You might want to try some independent bands websites who are giving their music away. Check out myspace. Be careful though. Even these struggling artists' files can wolves in sheeps clothing.

downloading free music is illegal and it shouldnt be legal because if it was everyone would just download the songs instead of buying the albums and all the artists wouldnt make any money bc they wouldnt be selling anything so they probably wouldnt go on producing songs bc they'd be broke, so there's a good reason downloading free songs is illegal.

Well my boyfriend uses Limewire. Have you ever heard of it? It's pretty cool, has everything you can think of including movies, tv shows, music videos, songs and much much more and its free and legal. I think you just type in limewire.com and it should go right to it. Hope that helps ya :)
