No, but you can get addicted to it.... Addicted, not in the good sense... Afrin really works well but 24 hours later you have a boomerang effect... you need it again. The good effect won't last as long and you need to use it again and sooner! My doctor had to ween me off it with a prescription antihistamine. Today, I will use Afrin but I dilute it 1/4 Aftin to 3/4 water and put it in an old nose spray atomizer. Even then I will not use it again for at least 48 hours...

No you can almost always get high off of sugary substances like smarties, (if you crush them up and take a straw and shoot it through your nose), kool-aid (sniffing it), sharpies, glue :-P

no but it is addictive in a way if you use it for longer than a few days. its very dangerous to take large doses of decongestants like afrin...
