First of all don't take any medicine without your doctors approval. some pain killers can harm your developing baby. just go into a nice hot shower then go into a dark warm room and try to sleep through the pain.

One thing you could do is trying drinking 2 or 3 glasses of water or squash. I had terrible headaches during the early stages of my pregnancy and it turned out to be dehydration. Pregnancy put a strain on your body so you use up your fluids quicker than usual. It's also more pronounced if you're suffering from morning sickness.
If this doesn't help, take some paractamol and try and have a lie down somewhere quiet.
Hope you feel better soon.

When I was pregnant I had the same problem. And what worse is you can't take pills at all. So what my doctor recommended to me, and it worked, is to go to a grocery store get the biggest candy bar you can find and a can of Pepsi and eat that fast as you can. Something to do with Sugar levels going up and some hormones are dropping down and your headache goes away. I'm telling you it helped me, and it much safer than taking pills.

I got headaches at that stage of pregnancy. Make sure you are eating enough and getting enough fluids.
In the end I caved in and took 1 paracetamol and went to bed early, that helped.
Can I add that drinking pepsi and eating a massive candy bar is about the worse thing you can do - this will cause your sugar levels to rocket up and then crash down again, which can cause symptoms such as irritability, shaking and headaches! It will also send you on a vicious cycle of blood sugar highs and lows.

I just asked this question last night. So... given the advice I was given...I called the doctor. She told me... blood pressure doesn't become an issue until about 20 weeks or later. She said drink plenty of fluids as dehydration can cause headaches. She also called me in a prescription for a med to take to get rid of it. What a life saver!!! I suggest calling the doctor to see if they can call in a prescription to get rid of it. Good luck.. I know how you are feeling!

My wife is pregnant, and one of the ways we've combatted headaches is by rubbing the two indentations at the back of your head, where the neck meets the skull. Rub these in opposite directions for a while, it should take some of the pressure off. Drink a gigantic glass of water, too.

talk 2 ur doctor, or u can just go into a silent or somewhat quiet room and pinch the web of skin between your thumb and index finger and hold for about ten minute. if that doesnt work talk to your doctor, but DONT use any tylenol or any pills unless your doctor says you can.

You've probably gone with out sleep, for 24 or more hours.
Take a couple Excedrin tablets with a glass of water or 7Up, and rest. Tonight, after dinner, take some sleeping tablets and go right to bed. Sleep until awakened, if you want.

I am not sure where you live but headaches have been prevelent in the area I live yesterday and today due to the weather. Take a pain reliever (that is pregnancy safe) drink lots of fluids ... LOTS and rest.
Take care.

you're really only limited to paracetamol when pregnant. make sure you drink enough and make sure you eat regularly and try and get some sleep. i had the same when i was pregnant and paracetamol was all i could take which didn't do much so i had to just wait. it's all your hormones my dear, things will be up in the air for a bit. good luck.
