I think you need to find out what love really is and isn't. Read in the Bible I Corinthians 13 "The Love Chapter" to find out. Love is patient and kind and seeks not its own way at the expense of others. This love is such that if you have it, you will gladly give your life to save the life of the other. It is more than just sex and unfortunately most people miss it. That is why there are so many divorces and broken families. You try it the true love way and you will find something better than just sex. My wife and I have and we have been married for over 28 years.

My husband and I have been married for 12 years,and yes sex use to be a very big part of our relationship.But in the past year or so it has calmed down some.I think sex should be a big part for relationships cause when couple work and are away from eachother they don't get much time to express themselves and to me threw sex that is the one way to express their love.

Sex should be a big part of a solid relationship, it keeps you connected on so many levels. Besides that, we are best friends and can talk to each other about anything. We love being together, miss each other terribly when we're apart! It feels great to love someone and feels even greater when they love you back just as much!

Sex is an important factor in every relationship. Sex is not the only time when you are closest with your partner- but it also allows you two to connect on so many levels. I would say sex is like 65% of my relationship. And it's not shallow to say that.

I'd say that my relationship is 33% sex, 33% communication and 33% humor. I think all three are vital to a romantic relationship, but sex shouldn't be the priority.
