There aree 4 freeware antivirus program that are very good. In the link at the bottom of the page has them list with links to their respective site.

AVG is FREE!! It works as good as, if not better than the expensive paid versions.

Try Adaware for spyware - www.lavasoft.com. That's free. and Zone Alarm pro for your virus protection/firewall. I'm not sure if zone alarm is free but if not then it's pretty cheap. www.zonealarm.com
