Of course it's possible to compare these two players but at the moment it's just impossible to even try it... Beckam has won all the trophies with Man U and I don't remember what Ronaldo has won yet. Even when you look at their contribution in terms of playing you'd just see that Ronaldo has just started giving 60% of what Becks gave United... Becks was not just the best 7 in United but even around the world he was there.
I admire Ronaldo's improvement this year so far, but that's nothing comparing to what Becks gave to united.

theres arguements for both sides but at the moment because of beckhams age i would say cristiano but with beckham in his early days at man u it would definately be beckham

you can't compare...cristiano has only been there for a few years when becks got his main carrer jump there. i love beckham...but hes a bit overrated. and yea..don't forget george best or cantona and his awesome karate kick to the fan! and stop hating on cristiano. hes got skill, talent, rich, pro athlete, anndd haters probably don't. so shush.

I think the best I have seen has to be Cantona. Ronaldo is still young and as long as he sticks to football and stops the diving no reason why he cannot become just as good if not better then oh ah Cantona
