My name is Samantha and I am 16 years old.
At Halloween this guy told me I could dress him up as a girl and he would go trick-or-treating with me. He also said that I could give him a facial mask and paint his nails and go all out. He told me he would go and on Halloween he still told me he would let me do it. He never showed up!!!!!
I think that he needs to learn his lesson and do what he promised me he would do!
What do you think I should do?

He was yanking your chain there, missie.

See if he'll agree to dress up as Mrs. Claus for Christmas!

Everyone here is giving you answers about how to be mature and basically not care. But, understanding that you are still young girly type human, I can imagine that you are rather disappointed.

You probably liked the guy, and so let me tell you this, Have Confidence in what you say and do. Therefore, translate this confidence of not caring about what he will think (hopefully) and simply ASK him why he didn't show up.

ASK HIM WHY. And that's what you should do to get back at him; put him on the spot. And then take him to Pizza.

Chances are he chickened out. Some guys cannot get to the point where they put on a dress even if it halloween. Hell I wouldn't. But I think he was going with the flow because he was interested in you. So he ended up in a conflict with his own ego and his interest in you. His ego won, but he does not have the guts to tell you so.

But that is him..... Why are you soo peeved that he didn't show up to be dressed like a woman... What is your interest in him doing this? You're not being totally honest here either because if he didn't show up and he was just a friend you know... so what...

And yeah, like others here... why were you both not just partying like everyone else.

I think you're too concerned with this. Move on, geez.

And why the hell are u going trick-or-treating at age 16?

Go to a party like the rest of the teenagers in the world. God, some people are so dumb!

Hummm the options....

1. Make a deal with his parents (tell them what he did. they will probably help you) proceed to remove ALL of his clothes and replace them with girl clothes (while he is in the shower so he has no options and has to wear them).

2. Tell his friends he reneged on his word and he is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Seek help from his best friends to teach him a lesson. They should help you.

3. Most importantly remember this is the kind of guy that usually ends up being a FLAKE later in life. Forget him!

All promises in life will not be kept. You should just come to this realization, and let it go. Ignore him, that will make him wonder why you dropped him, and make him all the more interested in you.

Think about your school grades. That might be more useful.
