I am going to have to say Morrison with Shaggy running a close 2nd
Morrison - Whipping the horses eyes? WTF kind of lyric is that?
And Shaggy as runner up because he actually belived that Scooby could talk. He was perpetually high and always had the freakin' munchies. RAGGY RELP ME!!!!

Well besides me, I think it is a tie between Shaggy and Scooby Doo. They get blazed in the back of the mystery machine then they need scooby snacks cuz they get the munchies!

Jim Morrison by FAR the Biggest Stoner ever! Have you seen any of their concerts on DVD or on cable?? Watch them and you can see what I am talking about.....
The others pale in comparison..
