Last night, i took a home pregnancy test. (Best Choice, from the Dollar Store.) Right away there was only a line in the C section, not the T section, meaning it was negative. Sometime after 10 minutes i looked at the test again and there was a barely noticable relatively colorless line, i had to look really closely to see it. I figured it was an evaporation line, but i wasn't positive. Today in the morning i went into a free pregnancy testing clinic near my house and got it done by a professional. (urine test.) She informed me that the test was negative, and that she didn't see ANY evidence of any other positive lines, meaning pregnancy. Also, we looked up my conception time, and according to their chart and the start of my last period, my conecption time would have been on the 20th of november, and i had sex on the 11th, so they said i'm probably not pregnant. I'm going back on the 23rd to get retested just to be sure. I was wondering though, considering all of that, is this a true negative?

I took five urine pregnancy tests. 2 were a different brand. They were all negative. I got a urine test done at a clinic and it came out negative. Finally I was sick of not knowing, so I got a blood test. Here I am 18 weeks pregnant. I aslo concieved on a day that the doctors didn't think I would be able to. The best way to find out is through a blood test. Good luck and maybe for you, you wont be pregnant.

After a while the pregnancy test will show all the lines that it has... meaning that the urine has soaked through the whole thing and now everything is just going to show.....

If you really want a double check, go get bloodwork done by your doctor.....
But I would think because of two tests saying negative, it is negative.... I'm sorry....

No, that's an evaporation line. You cannot read a pregnancy test after the stated amount of time. Go for the follow-up test, but I'm pretty certain you are not. If you need to know for sure, ask for an HCG blood test. It can tell the exact amount of the pregnancy hormone in your blood and tell you for sure.

Go for a blood test. It will show for sure if you are pregnant or not.

You can take a pregnancy test 19 days after the day you think you became pregnant and get an accurate result.

That line you seen on that test was an evaporation line. Plus those tests are just as good as the higher priced ones.

Yes you are not pregnant. You can't look at a test more than a few minutes after you take it. It will give you a false positive. Believe me if you are pregnant you will know right away. I took one just a week after having sex and it was positive my boyfriend didn't believe me and made me take another and it was positive. If you are pregnant its going to show up. and bright. If you don't see it after 1 minute then you aren't pregnant. Even the dollar store one is 99% accurate.

My best assumption would be yes. You can buy many home test and they all can say neg. or pos. and the result actually be the other way around. This actually happened to me. I went and purchased three test and they all said neg. then I went to the doctor and the test they gave me was pos. Just keep your head up and know that if this is something you really waunt then you will achieve it. Talk to your spouse and everything will work out fine. good luck

when I thought I was pregnant I had sore nipples and breasts, was always tired, sore, feeling like vomiting and all of that....but I think I just honestly thought I was pregnant and somehow my body just started to trick me....

I doubt you are pregnant. Sperm can live up to 5 days, you didn't ovulate for 9 days....so I strongly doubt you are pregnant. I'm not a doctor though.

you could take a blood test, they are incredibly accurate. i don't know where to go to get one, unless you go to a doctor and tell them you want tests run on your blood. they usually run a pregnancy test while they're at it. or apply for a job that requires a drug test.

and i heard the dollar store tests are the most accurate. so i think you're fine.

my best friend had the exactly same problem you did. She finally went to the doctor and she now has a baby boy. Cuz when the pg test say that you are that means you are.
