I LOVED it!
Not usually a Jude Law or Cameron Diaz fan but they were both excellent. Kate Winslet is superb and has such a range of facial expressions, it's amazing! Jack Black was his usual funny self and the supporting cast were great, especially Eli whatshisname, the old guy.
A great story, very stylish clothes, lovely scenery in both countries, classic moments if you have young children and can relate to those scenes, and the best bit of all - Cameron Diaz 'singing' along to The Killers!
Fantastic, better than the usual romantic comedy. Girls will love it and the boys who take them to see it!

I really enjoyed it. I'm not particularly a fan of Cameron Diaz, but I really liked her in this film. It's got some touching moments in it. It can also be a bit mushy at times, but it was never too bad. Jack Black wasn't hilarious, but he was entertaining. He wasn't his usual self in the movie. He was almost... Well, cute. He didn't act like a pothead or funny man in the movie. He almost fit right into the romantic comedy guy mold. Anyway, I would recommend seeing it. I might even go see it again.

I thought it was a film of warmth and charmth.
Cameron Diaz was a darling in it and as a foot fetishist I was especially glad that there was a gratuitous shot of her feet when she was in the bath.
Kate Winslet in her swimming costume, albeit a one-piece affair, and Eli Wallach was as watchable as always.

i really liked it...........coming from a girls point of view i found i had a lot in common with the girls in the film. having just split up from my man i found that i got quite a good insight into the guys mind haha
i found cameron diaz to be very good in the film.....she played the part well

That's funny, seeing the positive reviews on this page. I listened to a review today on the radio, here in Ireland, and the bloke said it was perhaps the worst film he'd seen all year!
Just goes to show, it's all subjective eh!

its a brilliant film. i loved every minute of it. to me their not there usual selves in acting, they really got into the film and so did i. if you havnt gone to see the film then i think u should definatly
