I'm sure there's the chance that they'd look similar, but they will not be identical or anything like that. It's not just each mother and fathers' genetics, but their blood relatives as well. One set might have a daughter that looks like her mother, and one set might have a son that looks like her father.

If a set of identical twins marries another set of identical twins, then their children will be cousins family-tree-wise (or "relationally", to coin a term), but siblings genetically. This doesn't necessarily mean the children will all look alike - after all, there are many people out there with siblings who look nothing like them - but the likelihood is certainly increased.

If the twins who marry are fraternal, then their children will be cousins both genetically and relationally, and the chances that they'll look alike are about the same as the chances of any other cousins.

They could look like siblings. Identical twins have the same genetic make-up because they were originally one egg that split. The children of these couples would look like siblings of any other couple. You know how some brothers and sisters look exactly a like yet others look like they could be from different parents? It's just nature and we take some from mom and some from dad and you get what you get.

Not identical, but similar. My cousin and I are married to brothers (not twins) and our kids look similar, you can definitely tell that they have both of the same genes!
