There was a walking Twiki doll released in the early 1980s as well as a smaller action figure. The walking doll is tougher to find, but your best bet is to try vintage toy stores that carry vintage action figures. Here is one example:

I couldn't find a doll, just some action figures...but I think they're too small for a 2 year old. Maybe put it away for her for a couple years?
