I have found that the ultimate comeback to such a childish remark is to simply say nothing and give "the look". "The look" is a condescending and infuriating facial expression that sends most people into screaming fits. It's difficult to describe, but it usually invovled one raised eyebrow and a half-smirk. It's even more effective if you make your eyes move slowly from right to left. The whole expression is a way of saying, "You're an idiot and I'm SO much better than you that I'm not even going to dignify you with a response!" without even opening your mouth. Then, after giving "the look", just roll your eyes, shake your head and walk away. Sometimes, not saying a word can convey more than a thousand words.
