It all depends on what rules, floor size and configuration, and what ball you use. If you play nba rules, NBA champion would win 99.9% of the time because the winning team would include members of multiple countries and has a "team" concept...this is different to the USA national team who doesn't have a "team" concept and has to play international rules which they are not use to playing against.
