Please don't give your kids rhyming names, or if you can help it, names that start with the same letter. That is sooo cheesy and lame. Think up two names that you love, regardless of whether they rhyme or not!
Although I am completely against similar or rhyming names, in my baby names book, there is an idea that I like. Try and think of two names that are different, but contain the same letters (anagrams of each other). A good example of this is Kaleb and Blake....same letters, two very different names.
Here are some more examples from my baby name book:
Alice & Celia
Amy & Mya
Blaise & Isabel
Diana & Nadia
Hallie & Leilah
Mary & Myra
Alec & Cale
Chaz & Zach
Daryn & Randy
Jason & Jonas
Kale & Lake
Corey & Royce
Ryder & Derry
Thane & Ethan
Brady & Darby
Brion & Robin
Clay & Lacy
Dylan & Lynda
Hale & Leah
Jason & Sonja
Liam & Mila
Ryker & Kerry
Maybe you can think up something cool that would work. Just a thought.

Don't pick names that go together - treat them as individuals, not a unit or a set. Avoid names that rhyme or have alliteration. And be careful - I remember listening to a comedian talking about her neighbor's twin kids, Dirk and Eric. Some people called them Derek and Eric, others (ack!) called them Dirk and Erk. Watch out for stuff like that.

I am the mother of identical twin girls. I named them Emma Lee and Madison Gweneveire. I didn't want them to be out there. And I definitely wasn't going to rhyme them. We asked our son James what names he liked. He said he liked the name Emma because he could spell it. And Madison, we had recently came home from a trip to NYC and he loved the pretty little girls he saw at the PREP academies on Madison Avenue. If you have other kids see what they think. Now we are pregnant with 4th kid, 3rd girl. Having the twins only being 7 months we asked what named James wanted. He said either Chandler or Kevina. We chose Chandler.

i think that you should give them names that don't sound the same...le tthem have their own identities as they grow up.....they will want to be independant when they are older and having a name that sound the sam could be a bit weird...and imagine calling out their names...forever getting them muddled!!!
MY SUGGESTIONS
Jessica and Jennifer (jess and jen)-God's Grace and white wave, white spirit, white cheek
Samantha and shantell - Listens well and song/ singing
Annie and Heidi-Grace, Favour and Noble, Kind
Monique and Alyce- Advisor and my god is a vow / truth
Jesslynne and Courtnie-blessed with wealth and beauty and from the court
Kerrilynne/Kerrilyn and Abigail-mysterious, beautiful waterfall, pretty and a fathers joy
Priscilla and Naomi- from ancien times and pleasant one, above all beauty
Rachelle and Elissia - a little lamb and my God is a vow
Tamar and Alethea-palm tree, spice and truthful one
umm Boys!
Brandon and Jeremy- fiery hill, sword and God will uplift, God's appointed
Aiden and Luke- fiery, and bringer of light
Mitchel and Daniel- who is like God? and My judge is the Lord
Caameron and Damienn- bent nose!! and animal tamer
thats all i can think of
CONGRATUALTIONS BY THE WAY!!!! lol
good luck:-)

I suggest that you consult a baby name book so you can see what people are going to think of your baby when its not a baby any more a good book is
The Baby Name Personality Survey by BRUCE LANSKY AND BARRY SINROD.
This will help you pick out your baby's name way easier it has about 1400 names of bots and girls and it will help you chose the right name that fits your newborn

We have twin boys and instead of looking for names that started with the same letter of the rhymed we went with the meaning. baby a Caleb means brave
baby b Timothy means honnering God
so togther they will bravly honnor God
Baby a Ephraim means twice blessed
baby b Isaac means laughed
We we found out they were twins we laughed
Just to give you an idea of how you can put names together.
Have fun with them!
