Your question reads as if the poor should somehow be removed. The only way we can remove poverty is for people to share. Why should 1% of the population own 90% of the wealth. What do they do with all that wealth while people are starving?

Jesus said there will always be the poor.and i tell you one thing if you have never been poor you cant understand what its like.i have had lots of money and i thought the poor were just lazy but when i became poor i have a whole new outlook on the situation.and yes just because the average family in America owes 25 thousand dollars in credit card debt and it takes two people working full time jobs just to make their bills each month and their is a record amount of foreclosures of houses since 1929.people are poorer now in the united states since the great depression. with all those stats yes i have hope that it can be turned around.1 percent of Americans are richer than any other time in recorded history.i believe that just like when the depression in 1929 hit. we are a hearty group of people and i am proud to be an American things will improve but its going to take some time

Can you remove all lazy people with no motivation who are comfortable living off of the government and free hand outs so that they can sit at home and watch their tv all day and keep popping out babies whom of which will be equally unintellegent?
No....Until we stop hand feeding people and start making them work hard like everyone else then we will have "poor and poverty".

We can point people in the right direction but ultimately it is the poor that have to help themselves.
