I think you first need to find out what true love is and isn't. Read in the Bible I Corinthians 13 "The Love Chapter" to find out. Love is patient and kind and seeks not its own way at the expense of others. This love is such that if you have it, you will gladly give your life to save the life of the other. If you don't have this kind of love, you need to develop it or neither girl friend will want to stay with you. If you have this kind of love with one, then dump the other one because she isn't the one for you and the other will love you forever.
