Does it have the lock out button on .If not turn the key on open the pass side door . Look in the door jam find the tube that the wires run in grab it move it around slightly while trying the window .Try to rub the wire through the tube and keep wiggling and pulling slight now push the wires back together. What your trying to do it connect a broken wire for a second your two. If you do the window should jump this maybe your trouble. If this does not find it you'll need to pull the switch find a wiring diagram and find powers a ground from that switch. Then you'll have to trace wires back 9 times out of 10 the trouble is near the door pillar .Trace the powers and ground back to there. Good luck and hope I helped.

Try using the old switch in a different door to test. If the old switch works, then it is a wiring issue. Usually the wiring is an issue where it enters the door through the rubber boot. If can rub over time and create a break in the wire loom. If it is a wire, you will need a meter to test. Master switch has a different wire path if I remember right. Might need to look at the wiring schematic. You can also try posting or searching on http://www.subscriptsforum.com/boards/suburban0306/index.html
